I decided to take my life into my own hands yesterday and go on an adventure in Upland during my lunch hour. I didn't end up with as much information as I would have liked. When I arrived, all of the gates were locked and I didn't see any tenants out and about. Here's a close up of the tiki. He's seen better days. Right next to it is The Seven Seas. Nice sign too. I drove around to the back where the garages are hoping to get a better look at the complex, but the people going through the dumpster started making me nervous, so I took off.

Did it look well-maintained or rundown? I didn't see any peeling paint in your photos, so that at least is a good sign. Even if it isn't very "tiki" besides the name, it's still cool to keep track of these places that show how pervasive the tiki culture once was.
