I found a mug for this location that appears to have been a "chain" of 3 restaurants in Arizona all with different names, but apparently owned and run by the same people. This peanut mug is an OMC mug, and was attributed to Golden Star Restaurant's version of a Freaky Tiki (this according to a menu Dustycajun posted to another thread). I'm guessing from the menu that this and the other 2 locations were Chinese restaurants that happened to serve tiki drinks.

Very cool mug find. Here is the menu.

You can see your mug illustrated as the Sneaky Tiki. The other restaurants included the Golden Dragon in Nogales and the Kumquat Tree in Sierra Vista.

I just picked up a peanut mug that has all three locations stamped on the back of it.

Didn't see it here or on ooga mooga so I just thought I'd mention it.

I saw this matchbook for the Golden Star restaurant on eBay. There's not too much to indicate that it serves Tiki Cocktails or has much of a Polynesian theme.

I also ran a search for the Golden Dragon and found this exterior photo. Again.. not much theming going on here on the outside.
