Blue Hawaii

Just tuned in to AMC cable channel to Elvis's "Blue Hawaii". I forgot what a cool movie this is! My wife has the soundtrack CD (she's a Hawaiian transplant & an devoted Elvis fan so..duh). Typical Elvis movie plot: boy from outatown shows up, sees girl he likes, screws up, redeems himself, beats up bully, wins girl's admiration, sings a bunch of songs, etc, etc, etc. A personal side note, my wife danced for me at our wedding to the "hawaiian wedding song" featured at the end of the movie. she does a killer hula.
