The restaurant’s food and décor are drawn from the tropical islands off the south coast of Africa. Palm trees surround patrons, and coconuts and African tribal masks adorn the walls.

[Chef Gerard] Guijarro invites his diners to escape the humdrum world and revel in an island adventure.

I also found this old general thread here on TikiCentral. A couple TC-members checked the place out and there's also a post from one of the restaurant owners.

Although probably not tiki, Coco D’ Amour sure sounds like it was an interesting restaurant. Unfortunately, it only lasted about eighteen months, closing in the summer of 2008.

On Tapo Street about three miles away, the tiki bar-esque Coco D’ Amour has discontinued serving its "taboo cuisine." Coming in its stead is something called Family Mongolian BBQ.

Some photos from the first article linked in the post above.

For the mixologists out there, Coco D'Amour is also the name of a liqueur from Seychelles -- one of the "tropical islands off the south coast of Africa" the Coco D'Amour restaurant celebrates.

www.seychelles.travel:
Coco D'Amour is the unique tropical coconut liqueur from Seychelles, made with real coconut extract. Enjoyed by both visitors and locals alike, Coco D'Amour adds an authentic island taste to any cocktail, and its Coco de mer-shaped bottle doubles as a fantastic souvenir. Produced locally by Sodepak Industries Ltd, Coco D'Amour is available in the best Seychelles hotels, boutiques and shops.
