Hola and Aloha Tiki friends. I'd like to invite you to listen to my first broadcast of 2003.

It's called Thrift Store Radio where I play my favorite .25 cent records, all vinyl 33's and 45's. All rescued from the dusty bins of suburbia's dumping ground of forgotten music, the thrift store.

Listen to the sweet sounds of Surf, Jazz, Mambo, Exotica and Hawaiiana.

Light your tiki torch because it's two turntables, a microphone and YOU!

I suggest the free winamp player at http://www.winamp.com

Be sure to join the madness in the Chat Room.

Stick around after my show for DJ GJ, the Hip Hop Hapaa as he spins the best in avant garde Hippity Hoppity.

Broadcast from deepest darkest Leucadia with tender love and caring.

I'm gonna spin some vinyl tonight, same time, same link. Hope some of you will give it a listen. It'll be fun.

I've decided to shamelessly top this every Tues. Let me know if you want me to stop.
Here is my latest spiel:

It's a musical mutiny when your good Captain Ambience takes over Dirty Radio tonight at 6 PM PST.

Your ears will enjoy the exciting soundwaves of the Captain's .25 cent record collection. All vinyl 33's and 45's, all found in the dusty bins of local thrift stores.

Hear Surf, Mambo, Exotica, Jazz and other stuff you won't hear anywhere else.
