Made a batch of Leilani volcano’s for CeCe, my bruddah TikiVato ( Joe) and his lovely wife Rosemary. Ran outta Cruzan Coconut Rum so I subbed Cp’n.Morgan Coconut instead. I was desperate. Turned out mo betta! Even had a nice froth. Who wudda thunk?

Long time no post, I've still been drinking tho, tonight I had:

• Nui Nui (Ive subbed around with the runs a bit & think I've got this perfected now)
• Lions Tail (first time, good drink)
• Spicy Old Fashioned (apparently this is already a cocktail, but my version is just 10ml of a combination of 3 bitters & 2 oz of bourbon with a little sugar syrup)
