Aviation Cocktail

What's the recipe you use? I had an Aviation at a bar here that was quite good. They just said gin, honey, lemon. Curious if that's all there is to it and what the proportions are.

Knocked back a few from Tiki Ti last Friday. I always make sure to try new things if I'm not there on a Wednesday for $6 Ray's Mistakes.

  1. Shark's Tooth - I think I've actually had this before but couldn't recall my opinion.

  2. Tiki Kangaroo - One I've thought about for awhile, knowing that it was dry and with grape juice. Not opposed to either, however it was very dry and very bitter and not very good.

  3. Pain Killer - I needed a complete 180 from the Kangaroo. I wanted to try their Pain Killer after Lunavideogames' instagram droolworthy picture. Definitely worth the $18.

  4. Pearl Diver - went against my judgement. Not awful but far too sour for a "true" Pearl Diver.
