I was thinking the same thing but I'm glad Nixxon said it. :)

Will, yeah, I learned that lesson the hard way dropping the chisel on my foot...because of that I missed the best swell in 20 year, and it appears to be somewhat of a permanent injury. And feet are important...

and Nixxon, after reading your post, both Liberace AND the Leather Queen from the Village People (both of whom live around the block from Will) called to say that your comment was NOT weird, and that yes, it is a nice piece of wood...and then they asked if you were hot...lol...

Cy, love the stuff that's goin' on over there in your back yard bro...

so anyhoo, here's some stuff that was finished up recently....

wavehead...

P

thanks Nixxy...glad you're back from the land of the lost...

so yeah...my boat had to go to the shop today, and the boat club guys asked me to whack this sabal since they know I carve palms, so I left this big stump to do a little tiki for the club...

and took this 8"4 section back to the casa....

WC

P

Very nice pjc!

P

what I made today...

P

well I'm pissed.

this f***ing Echo chainsaw that I paid OVER HALF A GRAND for is a real piece of shit. I should have bought a STIHL or a HUSQVARNA. This thing SUCKS...

just got it back from the shop yesterday, and after 20 minutes of use it's already not running right and back at the shop for a few more days.

I just want to throw things and break stuff right now.

I've not had much luck with either redheads or exes. Put them in the same package and I can see your concern. The carve is looking good so better stick with that...Just a suggestion :)

T

wow jeff! you've been busy, is an understatement! I'm way behind on keeping up with everyone. Took me a while to catch up on your thread!!

how's the leg? I see in some pics you're wearing a bandage still.

Ok, so i thought you guys who used echo swore by them?! I have two Husqvarna's. Was pretty happy with them but I definitely don't treat them right. I seem to run the gas mix too rich and that screws 'em up for sure. I also burned up the cover one of them bc it got too hot. Should stopped to clean it out more often! Also had a pulley cord break. So.... i think the verdict is still out.

Great work man!

P

what's up bro!

you've been gone awhile....hope everything is good...

so yeah, about to cut the tatts on this guy....

and I'm doing one across from the south pier on anna maria island....which is super cool because I surf here sometimes...
