Yep, I've run across it before and always thought it looked unique. While we were building our home, we also saw "blue stain" or "beetle kill" pine in our lumber and I always thought it would be neat if you could reliably find enough for interior siding or cabinets.

The guys in my lumberyard thought I was crazy though, and said most folks shy away from it when they are picking through the stacks.
