Okay, I think i'm in. There's a restaurant in my town that I've been dreaming of as a tiki temple. This swap looks like the way to realize that dream without spending the money to buy it and having the headache of running it. :)

Now to oil up my artistic skills. I'm pretty rusty.

I think I will base my project on this painting "Pele’s Dream of Lohiau" by Dietrich Varez. The story is that before the goddess Pele met her lover, Lohiau, she had a dream of him. Later, in a fit of jealous rage, she destroyed the handsome Lohiau by covering him with her burning lava. Haven't yet decided what I'm going to make
