Torchy - Munktiki

Anyone ever see one of these? Probably from year 2000.

It is a Munktike Volcono Bowl, with a figure in the middle. You fill his head with 151. They nicknamed him Torchy. I have had it since new and am trying to put a value on it. Not sure why they picture has not uploaded, but it is the same as my avatar.
