There's an AI model online that I've been checking out: https://openai.com/blog/chatgpt/

I asked it to create a tiki cocktail recipe, and this is what it gave me.

Tiki Torch Cocktail

Ingredients:

1.5 oz white rum 1 oz pineapple juice 1 oz orange juice 1 oz grenadine 1 oz coconut milk 1 tsp lime juice Maraschino cherry and orange slice for garnish Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add white rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, coconut milk, and lime juice to the shaker. Shake well to combine ingredients. Strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice. Sip and enjoy!

My thoughts? That's not a tiki cocktail, that's a boat drink. Way out of balance: Not enough rum and way too sweet. No way is the tiny amount of sour from the lime juice going to balance out all that juice and grenadine. I personally think coconut milk is grossly under utilized in tiki drinks, but not even that can save this one.

Ditch the orange, increase the rum to two ounces and the lime to a full ounce and you might have something closer to decent.

If you switch the proportions of the grenadine and the lime, that'd be a good start.

Way, WAY too sweet! Garnish with a syringe of insulin perhaps?

Have you seen Luckydesigns's recent video on this topic? I think we human cocksmiths are still safe...for now.
