Bruce Ho and the Four Seas, Luau 400, Vic's...

Found this great article on Bruce Ho, who owned the Four Seas restaurant and many others in New York. His wife worked for Trader Vic and supervised the New York location. About half way down it starts getting good- my favorite line is:

"When customers would inquire about the nature of the "Tiki Puka Poka - strictly on the kini popo" her servers were instructed to "tell 'em anything and leave em" grinning and guessing.
