Locating Tiki bars in Maui and on The Big Island - General Tiki

I will be staying for a week on The Big Island and a week in Maui near Kaanapali Beach. I have already been recommended the Tiki bar at the "Kaanapali Beach Hotel" & "Mama's Fish House" also in Maui. Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated. No matter how big, small or out-of-the-way the place is. Also, who do you think has the best Mai Tai's there? I look forward to your responses.
