Doo Dah Parade Patio Shin Dig Idea/Offer

Given that I live right on the path of the Doo Dah Parade, I though I'd toss this idea out. My building has a common patio area that would make a nice little party area for those tc'ers attending the parade.

If the idea takes flight, and y'all wanna party on da patio, it'd have to be a byob affair as I'm a Blue Collar Anti-Hero.
