Bamboo: its everywhere you want to be.

Fortune Magazine named disposable bamboo plates one of its Best Product of the Year: Home and Health. a bit pricy at a buck a piece. but its bamboo!

As much as I like Bamboo, I don't like simply tossing it after a use.

I've seen their Bambu cutting boards in my local Henry's Market (SD local health food store, now owned by Whole Foods) & they look good. They have "Solidware" dishes, bowls & platters, too, and you don't throw them out after one use. :)
