You will either have to be very, very lucky to stumble across one, or be very, very diligent in your searching--they're not exactly a dime a dozen. Here's the tale of a Witco fountain's discovery and purchase this time last year:

If you can't wait, I would suggest contacting keigs20, he is the grandson-in-law of William Westenhaver, and reproduces some Witco items under his guidance. He may be willing to create one for you.
