Tiki renovation help needed

I need to talk to someone who has done a major remodling. I need to get a good idea of the cost involved, both labor and materials. I'm assuming I will be purchacing product from Oceanic Arts, but I don't know how much to buy or the cost.

Also, if anybody is or knows a contractor that could do the job here in Milwaukee please let me know.
