Tropical Brainstorm

I just picked up the album "Tropical Brainstorm" by Kirsty MacColl (I think she used to be with the Smiths). It has a cool Latin lounge vibe -- check out the track titled "In These Shoes."

I love "In These Shoes" and always wondered what "album"it was from. Glad to hear the whole record has that sound.
I think I heard somewhere that she is no longer alive, have you heard that?

Okay, I found the info. She sang back ups with a lot of groups.I'm going to buy that CD.
