My husband (executive chef)brought home the newest issue of Restaurant Business because of this article.Quotes from Bigbrotiki,Tikibars,and PrimoKimo are mentioned-the tiki comeback is certainly in an upswing! |

that's a great article. I've heard of Gen X and Gen Y, but what the hell is a "Nexter"? I feel old and out of the loop... Now I have a mad hankering to go booze and rangoon up at TV's in emeryville, and it just so happens to be Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras tonight.... |
