Sitting in Socal moping? Well....

Tomorrow April 3rd, Johnson Motorsports of Pasadena is having a huge Kustom Kulture event. Hot rods,classics, motorcycles,scooter, bands, event the gallery across the alleyway is having Shag and Koop (among others) artwork for sale and display.

This thing is sounding absolutley mammoth!!!

They are at 36 W Colorado Blvd #7 ( actually in the alley that runs between Colorado and Delacey)
In Pasadena. Their phone # is 626 796 5666.
I don't think you'll have any problem finding this place as there are going to be two alley ways full of Kustom Kars and hotrods.
The whole shindig starts at 1pm.

Ok you don't suck, but you miss out on a way to distract your sorry self from missing Tiki Bar Crawl V. Next year, I'll open the doors of the small Gardener Estate to those from TC attending this event.

Ok, so I've been told if I can come up with a dj rig (P.A., turntables, amp etc ) I can do the gig.

Anybody here have such a set up or suggestions on less than twenty four hours notice?

The one shop here in Pasadena I could get a rig from closes at 1pm on Staurdays!!! You'd think for equipment rentals that this would be the day to stay open until at least 5pm.

Oh well. If anyone has any ideas I'm listneing.

I can report that there are some amazing paintings by MR G. on display. And apparently the folks from Munktiki are gonna be there.

Some amazing tiki art, pinstriping, etc.
