Versions of Quiet Village available at this blog

I stumbled across this cool Australian blog a few days ago. Unfortunately I missed out on Yma Sumac's 'Miracles' album and Les Baxter's 'Space Escapade', but managed to snag a surf version of 'Quiet Village' by the Astronauts.

Links to MP3's unfortunately don't last very long, so it's worth checking the site on a regular basis. There's also links to a few Tiki-themed bands.

If you don't check this blog regularly you're missing out. Lately he's been posting an LP every 1-2 days. I thought it worth bumping this thread because he's just posted John McFarland's Provocatif!

He has a few other surf and exotica LPs posted like Stordahl, Magne and Shindo. Don't pass up the Kokee Band album. Very nice. Also Magne's Tropical Fantasy is apparently the euro pressing with the two extra tracks.
