Check out Jumpin Jim's Beloff's Gone Hawaiian
It is arranged for Uke but just play the same chords on your guitar. It has the Hukilau song in it along with other neat songs a great book for under twenty bucks.
Here are the chords used in Hukilau, you will have to figure out the timing etc:

G-D7-Am7-D7-A7-D7
