BRITISH COLUMBIA INCLUSIVE...

LOCATION... 41.3 NORTH 125.7 WEST... OR 90 MILES NW OF EUREKA, CA
AND 300 MILES NW OF SAN FRANCISCO CA AT 751 PM PDT.

IT IS NOT KNOWN...REPEAT NOT KNOWN...IF A TSUNAMI EXISTS...BUT A
TSUNAMI MAY HAVE BEEN GENERATED. THEREFORE PERSONS IN LOW LYING
COASTAL AREAS SHOULD BE ALERT TO INSTRUCTIONS FROM THEIR LOCAL
EMERGENCY OFFICIALS. PERSONS ON THE BEACH SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER
GROUND IF IN A WARNED AREA. TSUNAMIS MAY BE A SERIES OF WAVES WHICH
COULD BE DANGEROUS FOR SEVERAL HOURS AFTER THE INITIAL WAVE ARRIVAL.

Chongolio - I almost spit corn flakes all over the table imagining you guys running around last night in your wet suit :)

My Coast Guard base here on Yerba Buena Island went into what I like to call "Spazcon Delta" ( Take off on Defcon...)

They thought for sure the Golden Gate was going to be wiped out and were scrambling to get all the boats out of the bay. Thats your tax dollars hard at work!

Good thing I check out TC... I didn't even know there was a BIG earthquake up
here until way after 10pm last night when I signed onto TC! I was out watering
my lawn at about the time it shook, but didn't feel a thing! We are about
150 miles south of the epicenter... and NOTHING! With my center of gravity,
I usually am the first to feel 'em.

But, I am still keeping my 4.3 acres in Carson City, Nevada!!!

All is well. In honor to the tiki gods, I guess I will have to have a party
this weekend.
