Since there are plenty of Pirate / Tiki crossover people, I thought some might enjoy pics of the recent Bathroom decoration Tikimamaand I did to have something fun for ourselves (and for the 2005 NW Tiki Crawl).

Here are a few pics and a link for more if you are interested:

The Buccaneer Bathroom:

Frontispiece Skull'n'bones by TC's own woofmutt.

A nice view of the sink area:

The wall pirate and scroll painting is by TC's own Tikitronic.

More Pics if you are so interested.

Aye!

great idea. I'd love to do something like that, but I fear I'd be made to walk a plank for bringing it up

Nice job, Craig!

But do real pirates even use a proper bathroom?

That is great! So many talented people on TikiCentral, and so many cool homes.Too bad a book of people's clever rooms and patios couldn't be put together-it would be most impressive.

ARRRRRR...yer head's lookin' ship-shape matey. The only thing missin' is a sultry wench with a frothy sponge in one hand and a tankerd o' grogg in the other!

The pirate "head" was the first of many pleasant surprises on the crawl. It was definitely worth standing in line to "inspect". Thanks again for opening your home to the scrambling masses.
