Hi! I'm just decorating my second tiki room (heehee, it's spreading!) and I'm looking for some of those hanging glass globes, the ones hanging and covered in rope. Anyone know where I can find those for sale? I'd love to get one.

We saw some at a nautical themed shop on Granville Island in Vancouver this past weekend. They were new, as opposed to the super expensive vintage ones, and ran about $20 Canadian. They were about six inches in diameter. I don't remember the name of the store, but I believe it was the only nautical store there on Granville Island. I'm sure there's more to be found in the Vancouver area with it bein' a seafarin' town n' all.

My wife and I just bought a nice 7" blue ball(no jokes) this last weekend at the Cliff House in San Fransisco for $11.50. thats less than the cost of 3 beers at the bar. I'm sure you call and get some sent at a reasonable price
