Need help with Latin Passion cocktail!!!!

I just got this bottle of passion fruit liquor called Convier...de las frutas de Colombia, from Colombia. A friend gave it to me it is 5 to 7 years old and tastes real good but sweet and molasses like. Any info??? I just made some Margaritas and poured some on top it was delicious. ( I know, not Tiki enough but I was not sure what to do with it).So help me out will you??

the "rum barrel" in the grog log on page 71 is a tasty drink. replace the 3/4 oz of alize with your passion fruit liqueur.
