Jade East Restaurant ~ Seattle, Wa?

Does anyone have information on Jade East Restaurant ~ this menu has no address or phone number. i think it may have been in Seattle, because that is where the printer was located.

i tried googling "Jade East" and evidently this restaurant shares its name with a porn star and a musk for men perfume.

There was also a Jade East in Towson, MD., even futher away from Seattle.

There's a Jade East restaurant in Kennewick, Washington. That's the Tri-Cities area. Also in the Tri-Cities, in Richland, there's a place called "Lee's Tahitian." Don't know the story with these places, just Googled and got them.
