I'm looking for who ever created that cool paddle for Hukilau. As I missed the close of the silent auction, and my fiance went kind of wild over it (hmmm, that gets me to thinkin') I'd like to locate the superior craftsman responsible.

Or was it the Oceanic Arts paddle?

I loved the war club, too. But I'd like info on the paddle.

Where can I get one of each? BK, after you find my witco fountain under your vending table, could you crank one of these out for me? Maholla!!

The red and white paddle at Hukilau was based on an Easter Island artifact, and is a stock Oceanic Arts product - although the one at Hukilau was signed on the back by Bob and Leroy of OA. You should be able to get a similar one direct from Oceanic Arts.

bob and leroy are real nice dudes and if you asked them, they would probably sign your paddle as well....

Cool. Thanx. I think the paddle resembles the paddle used by the Holyman in the movie Rapa Nui. He used it as a headbussa.
