Moving to a tiki place!

I'm thinking of moving. I would like to move to a place that is a center for tiki. With lots of Bars and lounges, music and art all tiki of corse. But not off of the main land of the US, sorry the island would be great but I think that I'm main land bound to live. So if any one has great info on where to live that would be a huge help.

Seems California or Chicago would be the obvious choices. Tiki Road Trip is the book for you.

tiki Road Trip? I'll look in to it thanks.

I wish! My wife and I stayed at a ritzy resort called Canoe Bay which is located on Lake Wahdoon near Chetek, WI. I saw this poor guy sitting out on a little island in the middle of the lake, all alone and freezing his wooden ass off, so I decided to snowshoe out there to keep him company. I think he was originally carved for a church campground that used to be located on the lake.

San Diego is about as Tiki-fied as it gets for the mainland. LA too, but I think San Diego has more tiki than LA.

You should reconsider Hawaii...it's pretty amazing...and TIKI is E V E R Y W HE R E.

Is that also know as a "Snoai?"

Actually, the wife and I bandied that name about after hiking back to the lodge.

P.S. I'd appreciate it if someone (Calling Dr. Hanford, Dr. Humu Dr. Hanford) would edit the above posts to remove the multiple copies of my photo.
