I checked out your website. You are right the tikis speak for themselves. Good Job. That last one has quite a pile of chips behind it. I'd guess it is all hand work, no powertools?

M

Yes, I´m goná look like Arnold when I´m done!
To bee honest I was not awere of how long it would take, to carve a tiki that size....But I sure feel stronger now!

Here´s some smaller ones. (the size is ....as a short mans arm...)

B

Definitely Awesome stuff Makutiki, How did you learn to carve tiki? However you learned keep on tha same trail cuz they're looking great, especially the traditional looking lono type there.
Got More?

M

Tanks!! I´m glad yo like it!
Most of my tiki-designs are a mix of what I seen on TC. And of course The Book of Tiki.

This one is concrete.

Also tryed doing some mugs.

Cool carving Maku, good to see the progression. Let's see a pic of that shoebox you have there.

Hi,tikiDiablo!
Tere is lots of work left on left on my ford. My plan is to build a classic custom with a carson top and lakepipes.
And of course a tiki-pinstripe job on the trunk! :D

That is a beautiful car. Have you been to the big car show in Rattvik? My parents were there last year and showed me pictures. It was a huge show.

Thanks for sharing

M

No,unfortunately not...
I have heard (fr. people hwo been there) that its a must see!. I think its the biggest (ore 2:d biggest) carshow in swe.
Perhaps I´ll go there when my care is done!
