Has anyone ordered from...

HawaiianExpress.com before? I went onto their site the other day and there are some great lamps and tikis (ok, so they ain't real wood). Living in SA I have to rely solely on the web to get my decor and would appreciate it if anyone could give me some background on how they ship, reliablity etc. I don't want a Tiki Trader experience.

Don't know what went wrong but when I went to that site I was in pop-up hell!
