It basically seems like giant Timeshare, where you pay money for a weeks holiday and the organisers get to build themselves a holiday resort. If everyone signs up for the Three week membership there wouldnt be enough room on the Island as only 100 are allowed at the time I'm not convinced that I want to part with my money, I'd save it go to another out of the way island, where from my experience if you paid to build a hut on someones land that you only used a couple of weeks a year , they would more than welcome you. And you wouldn't have 100 other tourists sharing the place with you.
