Recipe: Humidity Punch

A simple drink, but a godsend when the air conditioner breaks. :)

2 ounces gin
1 ounce Rose's sweetened lime
5 ounces chilled coconut juice

Pour into a coconut mug over ice and stir thoroughly. Serve with a straw.

Coconut Juice? Do you mean Cocont Milk?

And it would probably work with half the volume of Coconut Cream....

"Coconut juice" is the term they stick on cans of sweetened coconut water. :)
