Fantastic new Bier

It's not specifically Tiki, but a new product was released this year that is absolulty worth trying. Lindemans Brewery in Belgium just realeased in the US thier Pomme (Apple) Beer. It's a Lambic, made from a spontanious yeast, rather than a cultured one. It's not at all beer-like, nor is it like a cider, or Champagne-like (as some ciders can be)

The only way to describe it is a sparkling alcoholic Jolly Rancher Sour Apple. Sometmimes when we go out, "the Hen" likes an Appletini but this just replaced them.

I tried this beer at a beer fest a couple of months ago and all I can say is that it was a bit TOO MUCH like Jolly Rancher candy for me. My girlfriend loves Lindeman's Framboise which I think is a little subtler in fruit flavor than the Pomme.
