New Tiki/Hawaiian Bar in Burbank?

I recently saw a sign on an old bar in Burbank that said New HAwaiian Bar coming soon? It will be located at the Razzberries Bar next to the Blue Room on San Fernando and Alameda. Any one heard anything about this place, Tikis? Yummy drinks?

OK, so I drove by real slow this time, the rear entrance is covered in palm fronds, bamboo, and the inside looks dark. I could see some tall lamps that had colored shades? I guess I really need to go in next time!
