Hi,I am learning the uke and although I currently stink at it,I did find a site that those of you other wannabe uke players may find helpful: |

I am learning the uke too. Thanks for the listing that site. Another one that I like is uke maven Jim Beloff's site, http://www.fleamarketmusic.com . There is a bulletin board and a question and answer section and an on-line catalog. Nifty, indeed. |

I also recommend Jim Beloff's instructional books, available at almost any music story (they all have a miniscule uke section) and online at amazon.com (also sold through Beloff's site). They are fine introductions to basic chord patterns, although, if you are interested in more advanced styles of ukulele playing (chord runs, fingerpicking, etc.), you're really on your own. |
