Kweyol Spiced Rum Cake

Hi, I'm Esther, and I'm brand-new here. I came across this forum on a quest to find a certain cake that I recently had while vacationing in St. Lucia.

It was a chocolate cake that was somehow made with Kweyol spiced rum and smothered in what seemed to be vanilla custard.
