is there an event planned for the closing of The Lava Lounge in Hollywood?

Saturday Feb. 24th is the last day, Blue Hawaiians are performing and some people are going.

Oh My Gosh! the Lava Lounge is closing? You're kidding! That totally sucks! They have the coolest tiki cocktail tables!

That night will be packed, even by Lava Lounge standards.
May just have to take a taxi, considering (a) the lack of parking - unless risking the minimall parking and (b) the potency of their MaiTais and/or Blue Hawaiians.

I might go to this. Who else is going, anyone I know? Would prefer not to go by myself.

This is not the last night. Thats a few days or weeks later.
But its the last time the Blue Hawiians wil play there.
Its now Fri Feb 23rd.
