I just picked it up on ebay, the seller doesn't have any info on it. SHe said there is some kind of marks on the bottom but she can't make it out. Thanks -

This is part of a set that shows up on Ebay very oftern, usually it has cold paint on the face. sometimes you see a stacking set which this may be part of - they are meant to be Northwest Coast Indian in design.
