tiki classic silk shirts- manufacturer

Hey does anyone know who the manufacturer is of this brandname "Tiki Classics"? I just saw these silk shirts in Ventura and flipped out, great patterns, high quality, I heard they are designed by an ex-surfer, would like to find out more, possibly wholesale pricing. Thanks for your reply
