I love this forum and all of the work you folks do. I bought a book in Hawai'i a few years back that was called "Teller of Hawai'ian Tales" by Eric Knudsen. I'll post another one tomorrow. |

Mahalo for the kinds words. Here is another story, which recounts something experienced by Knudsen during his days on Kauai, his home. I'm hoping this stuff will inspire you to carve more magnificent works of art. It may be a bit before I get another one up. For today, this story is called Na Oahi... http://www.mediacentraltampa.com/tiki%20folder/Na%20Oahi.mp3 |

Pablus, Na Oahi is a beautiful story. I remember talking with you in your home after all the party guests had left on the night I visited. You told me about the Hawaiian "fireworks" and how they were thrown off the cliffs. It was nice to hear it again. I've been playing these stories for my family when we are eating dinner together. Thank you for such a nice gift! |

Somebody sent me an email asking for these as they couldn't find them. I'm surprised that 3 of the links still work. I forgot I even had that domain still. Enjoy "Somebody" - and know that I love everything you carvers do. |
