Hula's Island Bar & Grill in Denver?

I'm a tikiphile here in Denver, CO, and was wondering if anyone has heard anything new regarding the rumored Hula's supposedly opening here?

yes, I've only heard rumors and also carved a tiki for it, but thats all I know.

I asked Chris, one of the Hula's owners, what the latest status was for Denver when I last saw him a couple months ago, but I forgot what he said -- those darned tiki bar owners with their rum-based Jedi mind tricks! I have some fuzzy recollections that it was still very much in the works, though. I think it's the Hula's guys, with some new partners.
