We had an awesome time last year writing it, between Jen, Laura, Andy, and myself, it was an experience that I'll never forget. And to everyone at the Hukilau this year, I was so glad to hear all the positive words about the first cookbook and the new samples from the second cookbook we had out during the party! Because of the success of the first book, and the number of ideas we still hadn't completed before the first printing, we've written our second cookbook, Rummertime Recipes, which focuses on lighter dishes for summertime cooking. The first cookbook is jam packed with recipes, roughly 100, and covers everything from Rum Chili to Rum Fish Tacos. The second cookbook includes amazing recipes like Tropical Tiramisu, Jamaican Rum Burgers, coming in at approximately 30 recipes. The big difference with the second book is that we included full size photos of each recipe. Below are the links to the two cookbooks. At each page has a pdf sample of each cookbook that you can grab.
