It was a bit warm at times, but the breeze felt good. A total of 15 teams competed, mostly from Florida, with one or two out of staters. -adrian

We were honestly surprised, there were a number of really good competitors there. We're hopeful to place well on the 6th of October for the CASI Florida State cookoff, and again on the 10th of November for the ICS Florida State Cookoff. These are the biggies for the year, so I'm sure the competion will be tough. -adrian ps- Shoot me a PM if you'd like a recipe! One item to note, competition chili isn't like chili you would normally make at home. There are no beans, no veggies, only smooth red gravy and meat.
