Holy cow, ran across Fee Brothers' bitters at my nearby liquor store (SE 52nd & Powell in Portland), and snapped up a bottle each of Old Fashioned Aromatic, West Indian Orange, Peach, Mint and Lemon. $5 a bottle. |

They are wonderful. The aromatic has a heavy spice(clove) note compared to Angostura or Peychaud's (IMNSHO) -- which in certain recipes is glorious. |

Does anyone have much experience with these Fee Brothers bitters? I was surprised to find them available on Amazon. Good? Bad? Indifferent? |

Fee Brother's also just introduced a grapefruit bitters (I haven't tried it, yet), and if you can find it, get the whiskey cask aged bitters. I spent $15 for a 4 oz bottle, and it is probably the best bitters I have ever used (I shouldn't admit it here, but I enjoy the occasional Manhattan). |
