Tiki mugs in today's SF Chronicle

There's an article in today's San Francisco chronicle about my wife Jessica and me, and in the picture, we're proudly sporting Tiki mugs - one from Forbidden Island and one from Harvey's Lake Tahoe:

Yeah, it's incredible... not only did I find a woman who would put up with my neurosis, but she likes Tiki and surf guitar and kitsch to boot! All that AND a shayne punim!

I love the airline seats you are seated on. I had never seen someone convert those seats from an airplane to a living room. Do you know what airline those seats are from?

According to the guy at whose yard sale we found them, the seats are from United, and appear to be the middle of a widebody. Even better, they're from the bulkhead row so they have the cocktail tray in the armrests. Quite convenient for watching movies, and comfortable with ample legroom!
