6 surf bands playing HB pier, so cal sun april 27th

• 11 Am Deep Sea
• 12 Noon Boardwalkers
• 1 Pm Insect Surfers
• 2 Pm The Eliminators
• 3 Pm Billy Blastoff & The Surf Rockets
• 4 Pm Sound Waves

the Smokin Menahunes will be playing at Busters Beach House in Long Beach.
4 pm to 7 pm

The Insect Surfers ( from the 80's ? ) are still together ?

yes but Dave the leader moved from DC to LA in 86 and saw the Halibuts
and decided to reform the band at an all instro surf band.
but they are hardly trad, pretty edgy instro music.
