There I was flicking through the channels on tuesday when I spotted a Tiki t-shirt on Big Brother. This is the British TV program which last time got more votes than the General Election. |

But at least its better than last year, a bloody virgin Xtian winning i know i should support a fellow Orcadian but he was a disgrace to my peedie island race. |

I guess on the US version of Big Brother 9 the Head of Household room had a hawaiian theme, complete with tikis. I didn't watch the show, but my sister gave me a link to eBay where they are auctioning off the furniture from the show. http://stores.ebay.com/Big-Brother-Till-Death-Do-You-Part I noticed in one of the photos on the wall looked like a Crazy Al lightswitch plate!

It's nice to know it's not just us Americans that are forced to choose between something like Big Bro and Worlds Scariest Car Chases or whatever. At least you folks in the UK have excellent comedy and (my little secret pleasure) Dr. Who! Having a hard time getting into the Sarah Jane Chronicles though - maybe its all the kids. |
