Hi

Wikiwiki Britiki in LONDON | Saturday 7 June

If you are interested in getting together for a bar crawl with some of the Britiki crowd, the plan for Saturday 7 June (traditionally, London Luau weekend) is:

  • 2.30pm - Meet at front door of The British Museum, Great Russell Street
London WC1 to see the Easter Island head, Hoa Hakananai'a and more! FREE!
  • 5.00pm - Meet for an early dinner, ready for the night out
(A private room is booked between 5.00-7.00pm and food is GBP 19 per head, PM to reserve your place at the dinner table. Maximum 25 persons. Venue in London WC1 will be notified to you when you reserve a place)
  • 7.15pm - Meet at Mahiki, 1 Dover Street, London W1
  • 9.00pm - Meet at Trader Vics, The London Hilton, 22 Park Lane, London W1
  • Then on to Trailer Happiness, 177 Portobello Road, London W11

We all hope to see a few old faces and some new ones, too.

I guess as I'll be a year older - I'll be one of old faces!

I'll be there for the full Wikiwiki britiki day out.

Thanks for sorting this out.

Good job Liz! I'm away from Tiki Towers at the moment so haven't seen any emails but seems fine, just gotta check a few things for timings. See you all Saturday one way or another! MAHALO!!

Trader Jim - Make mine a Mai-Tai!

I'll see y'all at the Mahiki then.

C

Glad it's going ahead. I'll catch up with you all at the Mahiki.

CHRIS.

Changed my mind already. See you all at the museum/dinner!

Hi Guys
Unfortunatley we are not going to be able to make it on Saturday, as a few of you know we are flying out to the last Hukilau next Wednesday, so I have to work this Saturday morning, and by the time we get the coach up, we will only get a few hours there before we have to leave to come home again, also it is the expense, as we want to save our pennys for Fort Laurderdale!!

Hope you all have a great time and have a Mai Tai or two for us! Hope the out of towners have a great time, see you all at the Luau if not before!

Sue and Dave.

Hey folks, it was a great pleasure to meet you all! We just came home and I need to say we really enjoyed it, thank you all for this very nice evening. We both had a great time meeting such nice kanes and wahines. As we said, we'll meet again at the Luau 2009!

Thanks to all for a great get together. Nice to meet some new tiki people not from our island!

Thanks to Liz for organising.

Thanks to Jamie and Anjy for arranging the outrigger surprise!

Til the next one.

Twas a lot of fun. Thanks everyone for being so genuine and generous. Come over to California I say, so we can keep this floating party going.
